These terms describe the agreement for using LogSpec, including account access, subscriptions, and responsible use.
The service
LogSpec provides browser-based tools for converting supported airline flight-log exports into formats intended for import into pilot logbook software. You are responsible for checking every converted file before relying on it.
Accounts
You are responsible for the email address and credentials associated with your account and for activity under that account. Keep your password private and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Subscriptions and payment
Access is offered at $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year, plus any applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew according to the selected billing interval until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe. Cancellation, renewal, refunds, and any required consumer disclosures are subject to the final checkout terms shown at purchase.
Your responsibility
Review source and converted records for accuracy, retain your own backups, and confirm that an output meets the requirements of your logbook software and any applicable authority. LogSpec is a formatting tool, not an aviation, legal, accounting, or recordkeeping authority.
Availability and changes
We may improve, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms. We will provide notice of material changes where required. Contact [email protected] with questions about these terms.
